Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Promoter and Data Controller is Hendersons (Sheffield) Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, number 00358697. Address 2A Parkway Rise, Sheffield, S9 4WQ. Please do not send claims to this address.

  1. The Hendersons Relish “Love it or your money back” promotion is open to UK residents who are 18+ and excludes employees and their families of Hendersons (Sheffield) Ltd, subsidiary and associated companies, their agencies, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

  2. The Hendersons Relish “Love it or your money back” promotion applies to promotional packs of Henderson’s Relish 284ml bottle only. Promotional packs are subject to availability.

  3. Internet access and purchase required. Claimants are required to retain promotional pack and original purchase receipt.

  4. To take part in the promotion, purchase a promotional pack of the above listed Hendersons Relish product within the promotional period 01.10.2022 to 31.03.2024. To claim your money back, visit the promotional website www.loveithendersonsrelish.com.

    Complete the online registration form by entering your personal details including full name, postal address, and a valid email address.

    Here you will be able to choose your refund method, either via Paypal or BACS. UK bank account required. You will be required to enter your bank details at this stage. This is a secure process and your data will be protected. You will need to provide a minimum of 15 words explaining why you did not like your Hendersons Relish product and upload a photo of your itemised purchase receipt.

    The receipt will need to show purchase of a qualifying Hendersons Relish product and must be dated within the promotional period 01.10.2022 to 31.03.2024 and prior to date of claim. Till receipts must be uploaded in the format of PNG, GIF, or JPEG and a maximum file size limit of 10MB applies. Please keep your original itemised till receipt and promotional pack as they may be required to further verify a claim.

  5. Claims must be made by 23:59 on 31.03.2024. Any claim attempts made after this date or receipts that are not dated within the promotional period, or don’t show purchase of Henderson’s Relish 284ml bottle will be deemed as invalid.

  6. Only one claim for a single refund per household.

  7. Direct claims only, participants cannot make claims under someone else’s name or address. Please ensure you use your legal name at the time of claiming. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Claimant who uses multiple names or any false names and to require them to return to the Promoter any refund awarded.

  8. Each valid claim will receive a refund equal to the itemised amount shown on the purchase receipt and to a maximum value of £3.00 for the purchase of Henderson’s Relish 284ml bottle.

  9. For valid claims, refunds will be provided within 28 days of submission and the completion of any verification process via the claimant’s chosen method. It is the responsibility of claimants to provide correct, up-to-date details when submitting their claim. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect payments where the details provided were incorrect. Payments cannot be reversed once they have been processed. No replacement payments will be granted. The Promoter is not responsible for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption while the Claimant is on the PayPal platform.

  10. Each purchase receipt can be used only once. If more than the permitted number of claims are received from the same address, all such claims and any associated claims from their household will be disqualified. Bulk claims made from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted.

    Incomplete or illegible claims, or via third parties or syndicates, claims by macros or other automated means, and claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is attempting to circumvent this condition by, for example, using identities other than their own or automated means, their claim will be void. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

  11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims including but not limited to asking for promotional pack, or proof of purchase, address or ID (passport, driving licence, or equivalent).

  12. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

  14. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. All data will be deleted 2 months after the promotion end date. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.   15. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email (marked for the attention of our Data Protection Officer) to sales@hendersonsrelish.com. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

  16. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, any affected claimants will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion.

  17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, or misdirected claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, traffic congestion, technical malfunction, transmission interruption, communications failure, or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the promotion.

  18. Where a Claimant (i) has not completed fully; or (ii) has been found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions of this promotion, the spirit of the promotion, or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s claim requirements, the Promoter may enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to us of any refund even where a refund has already been awarded and/or actually provided to the Claimant or awarded to the Claimant in question.

  19. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

  20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

  21. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

  22. English law shall govern these terms and conditions and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.

  23. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions, and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
